Ouch! From what I can see, the first guy waited to long to flare his toggles. The second guy looked like he got some kind of wind whip, that one was hard to tell. His left hand was also flailing around when he was trying to toggle.

I read an article It was either Army Golden Knights or Navy Leap Frogs that jumping into stadiums is very difficult and unpredictable. Swirling winds and downdrafts can just boom take you and throw you into the ground.
