In the middle of all this craziness in the world, I felt we need a thread to post pictures, video clips, or anecdotes to help us deal with the funk we all feel. This won't make up for all the hurt we feel for Boston and all other human sufferings in the world, but hopefully it's at least a small dose of soothing remedy on our nerves.

It's an expression but I still think it's accurate. You're expecting me to stop a single person from making "Frankie's mother" jokes when it would require 1/1000th the effort for you to simply put that person on ignore. Until you're willing to help yourself, I'm not willing to make extraordinary effort to help you. You don't have to become a shark, just use the tools. You've been here 13 years. You should have it figured out by now.

I don't like black on most cars, period. But some cars are exceptions. This one especially. And on this I like the matte. It matches the style better, IMO.

I used to joke about a good friends' nose. Kind of friendly-like. He never told me he was hurt by it. The one time I detected that he was, I quit that and it's been a better part of a decade that I have not made that reference. Why? because HE was hurt. Not me, him. It's called humanity and consideration. I have more than a few times mentioned my reasons that it is hurtful to me. You may disagree, but that is my reality. I don't believe asking for a simple stand down was too much. If the mods want to allow some little shit with mother complex and a obsession for 89 year old women play here with no rules be my guest. It just pushes this place that much further down the outhouse well.

All I have asked the mods to do is to be more concerned about unnecessary shit that deteriorates the integrity of this forum. Me? I'm but one example. I've even been advised that having established long term identity on a forum does open the door for consideration of a libel lawsuit. Whether that's correct or not, I'm not even going to entertain that as any option. Because despite what some posters here want to make it, it's not about me. It's about this forum. When and if I leave I won't give a shit about it. But while I'm here, I still hurt that a bunch of us who go back as far as the old Star forum have to watch this place go to shit.
