Just to fill everyone in on the history of this:

RoR decided he wanted to make an IP Ban bet. The terms were as follows:

Cassel vs. Sanchez: Whoever had the most total yards this season wins, and the loser gets an IP Ban. Obviously he is backing Sanchez and I am backing Cassel.

Those were the terms. His idea, and I accepted the terms. There are quotes from the thread that the bet was made below. He was emphatic that he would leave if he lost, and I would do the same. Now, it looks like Sanchez will end up with fewer yards than Cassel, (he is around 400 short after this week), and now RoR says he will not leave unless a MOD enforces this.

We need a MOD to step up here. I would have left had I lost, and haven't been running my mouth all season about this stupid bet like he has. When Cassel was behind earlier in the season, I said on several occasions that if I lost, I was gone.

I know that, in 2004, I sat in a class with 30 other freshmen and was told of a story about a 19 year old guy at ISU who was convicted of rape for having consensual sex with a drunk girl who played the card that she was too drunk to consent even though she did consent and felt she was raped...and he was sentenced to 10 years.

So lets say you get hammered with a girl...she has sex with you...maybe she's even on top the whole time while you lay with your hands behind your head and just enjoy the show...

The next day she forgets she had sex...but knows she had sex because she can feel the fact she had sex but doesn't remember it because she was too drunk...and decides to call foul...

If she presses charges, she can play the "I was TOO drunk to consent!" card and you will get arrested and you will be booked and if you play the same card it is not a defense and you will go to prison for rape.

who said at all times. any normal person from "Normal, IL" would have some kind of backup plan other than pissing on the outside of the lock...unless someone was using a piece of wire or a stick to keep the lock covering open allowing the piss to get inside the lock and thus warming the lock up enough to allow the key to open the car lock.

maybe you are nervous that the three inch canister of de-icer will make it look like you have a bigger package

Its interesting to see how people come down regarding the responsibility to honor a bet no matter whether you like the terms or not.
My dad is going on 63 but if he ever found out I tried to pull what RoR did he'd grab me up and shake me. And rightly so.
Is now a good time to say I have a bet with someone on this board regarding the respecitve W-L records of our teams and they need to step forward and pay up?
