A woman I met when I was selling cars at Nissan who I kinda made friends with practically moved herself in with me, by saying "I may have to use your spare bedroom for a while", well I felt sorry for her and let her.

She has been at my house for one week and its driving me nuts, for one she only has a part time job and I told her you need to start looking for a better job so you can start saving money.

If I was in this position I would be pounding the pavement everyday looking for something and start looking to move, but she hasn't. Now I don't know what to do. I mention something everyday about her needing to find a better job and how after she starts to work she should be able to save in a month or so to move.

She even acts like she has the time to be particular about where she moves.
Damn I don't know what to do cause I keep feeling that I am supporting her I beleive we may not be friends much longer, it may end badly.

What should I do and how should I go about doing it?

If I sucked, she wouldn't be there to start with. I have given her a nice clean comfortable place to stay, but all she needs to do is show me she is trying for herself. I don't care to help those who help themselves as it goes. But she makes 425.00 a MONTH. I pay more than that in rent. I just want her to find a better paying job so she can save enough to find her own place. What grown woman wouldn't want that without being forced into it.

You don't have to be hateful about it. Just tell her that you'd like to sit down, face to face, and chat. Just tell her that you understand what she's going through (she did just break up with someone, right), but that, while you want to do what you can to help her out, you cannot put yourself in harms way (financially, sacrificing your privacy, etc). Tell her that you do not want her to end up feeling responsible if that should happen. Then, go over some things that she can do to help her prevent herself from doing that to you. Telling someone what they need to hear is not mean in the long run.

I feel like I went in circles there, so it must be past my bedtime.

Then why offer? If you're going to rip someone cramping your style after staying at your place after only one week, then maybe you shouldn't have offered in the first place.

Damn she is a 44 year old woman she knows right from wrong and how to show respect, she should have known that from day one. If I was having to stay with someone, I would show respect from day one and appreciation.

Oh no....looks like you're gonna have to put your foot down. Honestly, I've made this mistake once and ended up wanting to throw the bitch out by the end of the month. You have to acknowledge the fact that you were doing her a favor by letting her stay with you but that it isn't permanent. Give her a "OUT" date...seriously.
