Only those sure of their sexuality answer this:

If you were a person of your opposite sex, which celebrity (past or present) would be your favorite? Based on looks, personality or any other factor. I got curious about this when a friend who is quite a macho, manly guy said about Clive Owen, "He is very handsome. If I were a woman I'd want to marry him."

Who would you want to marry if you were of oppsite sex? Fake macho guys need not reply. As I said, this is for guys (or gals) who are confident of their sexuality.

PS,

A celebrity could be anyone famous, not just a Hollywood personality.

Are we talking guys we just think are good-looking? You know, a quick ? Not talking about personality, or bankroll, or... girth?

Historically, the usual (Harrison Ford, Sean Connery).

Currently, most of the obvious choices are good-looking guys (Ryan Reynolds, Orlando Bloom, Christian Bale, Daniel Craig, Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, etc.,.). But, frankly, most of the movie stars are just meh.

TV, on the other hand, has a crapload of good-lookin' guys for some reason. William Peterson (fornerly of "C.S.I.") is a decent-looking guy. So is the guy who plays the lead in "The Mentalist" (his name escapes me). David Boreanaz, of "Bones" and formerly "Angel"/"Buffy". In that same area, James Marsters (but only as blonde Spike, LOL... he looked goofy with brown hair on "Smallville"). Speaking of "Smallville", Tom Wellig. "Supernatural", either brother, AND the dude who played the father. "Numb3rs", both brothers, and the guy who plays Colby. The lead guy on "Warehouse 13". The guy who just got done playing Lee Apollo on "BSG". From BBCA, the vampire lead on "Being Human", the guy who plays "Robin Hood", and the lead on "Torchwood" (who happens to be gay, so I don't know how that applies in the "if I were a chick" scenario). If I were a chick, I'd bang any one of them dudes.

They are good looking guys and I can see why women would be attracted to them though I as a man never would be.

Wait... I mean... *ugh* never mind.

Brad Pitt is way to big a badass to pick anyone else here.

That dude's funny, he's better looking than me and he's from Missouri, so he's probably cool as hell to boot.

Hopefully the hollywood ****stain disease hasn't destroyed him. Jolie has voodoo poonanny so I can't hold that against him.
