Overview
Inside linebacker who boasts a burly frame and outstanding pro-day testing numbers. George was a mainstay on special teams during his six-year career, spending only one season (2024) as a full-time starter. He’s inconsistent in making reads and fitting up the run properly, but he’s big and strong. He can leverage his gaps when he’s in position. He’s a build-up runner who lacks the necessary burst to patrol from sideline to sideline, and he’s a liability in coverage. George’s testing, measurables and special-teams experience might appeal to teams, but likely as an undrafted free agent.

Strengths
Throwback size with a broad, muscular chest and long arms.
Explosion testing at pro day was off the charts.
Plays very heavy behind his pads on contact with blocks.
Has the size and play strength to fill and constrict his gaps.
Played extensively on special teams.

Weaknesses
Started in only one of his six seasons at Pitt.
Lacks fluidity with his feet when operating in tight quarters.
Doesn’t always recognize proper positioning and run fits.
Below-average instincts and block take-on technique.
Gets lost and can be exploited in both zone and man coverages.
