***Official NCAA Tournament Thread***

Seeing as Bearcat banned me from the KU basketball thread for daring to use statistics to dispel the constant trashing of the team’s best player this year by far, I’ll need somewhere to put my thoughts for this year’s tournament.

In sum, the committee screwed KU again. Their resume (and wins) should have had them at at least a 6 seed and maybe even a 5. Arkansas is also the toughest matchup they could have had among possible opponents and KU matches up horribly against them (stay tuned as to why).

As far as the rest of the tournament goes, I’m picking Houston to win it all and Kentucky (fraud) to lose in the first or second round.

Houston couldn't do anything right offensively in the last few minutes. Turnover after turnover. Florida's defense was very good though.

Their weakness is scoring in the half court but that is alleviated by their elite offensive rebounding.

Unfortunately, if you literally can’t get a shot on the rim in the last 2 minutes (they ended the game with 4 consecutive turnovers), that advantage is gone.
