Looking For Some Help! Kansas City's Favorites
Hi Friends!

It's offseason and I know we're all bored, so I would love some voting help, if you don't mind.

Quick Backstory :

My name is Joey, and if you've been around here for a while, you know I was a freaking mess. I was essentially trash in a human body. In 2019, I was released from yet another, albeit much longer prison staycation, and I came to the Healing House in northeast Kansas City, a transitional housing organization working to help people with Substance Use Disorder. I stuck in it, I worked hard to build a life I had never had and with the Healing House's help, I'm a functioning member of society.

Over four years ago, I started working with the organization, attempting to give back the all the amazing things that have been given to me. I'm proud to be a part of this team that has helped over 15,000 people in the past 22 years. There's alot of great places out there helping people in these situations, but I truly believe we have the best recovery in town! More information on what we do can be found at healinghouse.org.

Now... To the fun part! We're attempting to be a winner of Kansas City Favorite's for 2025. Please help us out by voting!

To vote, go to votekc.com. You can vote once a day. Please go to the services category tab, then to NonProfit Organization. If you scroll waaay down, you'll see Healing House KC, and that's us! There's alot of AMAZING organizations on that list, so with that crazy competition, every vote helps!
