My assumption is that Wilson is seen as the more professional QB, someone to provide an example for a rookie QB at #3. If that guy is Sanders, he could use some humbling, professionalism, and a year to sit before giving him the reigns. Adding Winston gives a young QB an example of a positive personality that can rally a team. Together, you’re showing the young gun a couple of examples of what you want from him in the future.

I kind of think that signing just Russel or Jameis would be fine. But having both weirdos together will make Russ the bad guy and it'll fall apart like Pitt did.
