I cannot comprehend a rival fan trying to talk shit on the chiefs current run. Every franchise would swap with us.

Then said fan base just overpaid on Higgins and probably lose their only defensive threat. In what world do you let go of an all pro rusher on a team that needs defensive help for a number 2 wr. That is oft injured?

And talking shit about it?

Except it doesn’t. KC is doing this in an era of both a salary cap and free agency.

They did all of this with an average draft position of 29 in the Mahomes era.

The gap between them and the next team is something like 8 for average starting position.

Despite all of that they are the only team in the SB era to go to three straight SBs after winning the previous two. No other franchise can make that claim and while they got blown out in two SBs, they still have more SBs in the past 6 years than over half of the other teams in the NFL have in their history.

So no, those losses don’t drop them a peg at all as they have never been blown out in any other playoff game which even the Brady era Patriots can’t lay claim to.

I do think the Bengals make the playoffs this go around but it's very difficult to see them as champs paying half their cap to offense on just 3 players. In 18 we had an offense nobody could stop but still lost in the playoffs because the defense couldn't stop anyone. The AFC is rough.

Yeah..ask them how they were able to draft Chase.

I jokingly said last year that the Bengals have a winning strategy...just have Burrow tank every third year and replenish the team with a top 5 pick.

I'm still reeling at this. Yes, skyline chili looks and sounds awful, but is the city really that terrible? I figure it's a large enough town to have plenty to do, and usually any place you go you can find good restaurants and stuff.

It doesn't feel like a city to me. It's a really big town. And yes, Skyline chili is detestable.
