How are we feeling about our O-Line?

A big focus this off season was to fix the O-line. How are you feeling going into this season with this line? .

LT - Jaylon Moore
LG - Kingsley Suamataia
C - Creed Humphrey
RG - Trey Smith
RT - Jawaan Taylor

The left side wasn't uncertain last year - just Tackle.

The more relevant question now is do you trust Andy Heck to coach up and get the most out of Moore, Kingsley at LG, etc.?

Are they changing how the tackles block this year?

I just read some blogger trash saying that since Seattle traded DK that Cross might be available for trade. Lol. That would be nice, but I don't see them trading away a young cornerstone tackle like that. SMH.

I think they have raised the floor at LT and obviously taking a step back at LG. Even if Suamataia is good at LG, you’re replacing an all-pro, hall of fame guy there.

Moore looks to me like a guy you can deploy and know he has the same types of flaws as Orlando Brown. He’s susceptible to outside speed rushes, but he is NOT a player who is going to bull-rushed into the QB.

Guess it depends on what point in the season your comparing the line. Think most likely raised the floor on both when you compare it to the end of the year.

This...the O-line, esp. the interior, has had praise heaped upon them for a few years now. They probably have had very good PFF grades for the passing game, but have obviously been underwhelming in short-yardage situations. This is the year Heck proves his worth, because the left side could be a bit of a disaster.

Don’t love that the Bills are bolstering their DLine. We should be fine, but it’s annoying.

Come on down Humphries. If teams thought he was a good option, he would be signed already. Should be able to keep him on the cheap 1 year deal.

The whole world just witnessed what happens when you create immense pressure with just the front 4 versus today's NFL offenses who are pass first, signing Bosa was 100% a move to help the Bills defeat the Chiefs. Chiefs need to get MUCH better at running the ball as the gameplan to smoke them (as long as you have a good front 4) like the Eagles did in the Superbowl is widely known now.
