Hindsight and all, but I really wish we would have kept Wylie.

According to PFF

This year he's allowed 0 sacks and has won 95.1% of his pass block reps.

ESPN

Has him tied for 7th among tackles in pass block win rate and he has according to them.hes won 93% of those reps.

He's only making $24 mil over 3 years.

Taylor on the other hand

Is just below him according to PFF (94.6% win rate) and ESPN (13th OT and 92% win rate), but hes making $80 mil over 4 years.

Wylie would have probably been the better choice.

Good ****ing God look at Creed. Just far and away the best of any C in this league. He’s got a chance to be a top 10 C of all time. Maybe better.

He’s in his own class. Worth every penny

I assume LG would be even better if Thuney stayed there all year.

But yeah, LT was really bad.

Only Denver was worse than the Chiefs at LT, interesting.

To do what exactly?

The most misallocated contract on the roster.

Absolutely no excuse to pay a center this type of money the way we play.

I agree. People say we have the best interior o line in the nfl. But what does that do for us? Our run game isn’t good and Mahomes is running for his life

Yes, it's the tackles, which were also terrible at run blocking. I'm really not surprised at all to see Taylor listed with a higher percentage of pressures allowed than Trey Smith either. As critical as people have been of Smith at times, Taylor has always looked worse to me.

Only two teams were worse at QUARTERBACK.

Given the issues at LT, that percentage isn't unexpected. The fact that Patrick Mahomes contributed at the 3rd highest rate of any QB is interesting, in a bad way.

I take that back. Looking again, only Bo Nix was worse than Mahomes.

So Mahomes creates his own pressure at the second highest rate in the league (only better than a rookie). He has to correct that next season.

QB's with over 19%:
Mahomes, Allen, Hurts, Lamar

i mean that's pretty much 4 of the top 5 QB's in this league with just Burrow missing. Only reason he is missing is because his OL is horrific and he doesn't really move.

I was at Hollywood Brown’s first game back vs the Texans which was Mahomes fastest time to throw. Personnel matters and that’s likely why they want him back.

Having Justin Watson, old ass Hopkins and old ass Juju to throw to before that made it harder bc they are old and slow.

I think he is just so shook from not trusting LT that he gets happy feet. He should be better no doubt but trust and the right head space is a big deal with Mahomes it seems.

It looks like all the mobile QBs had a pretty high percentage.

The statues are pretty low.

Though it may be an issue, this is probably negatively skewed with that style of play.
