Let's talk about the offseason (2025 edition)

Well. That sucked!

There are sure to be some big changes coming next season.

Talk about it here.

if clark was a ufa signing he probably wouldve been way less shit on, we traded a lot for him lol

I'm not paying for a RB.

Draft 'em, run 'em into the ground, replace 'em.

Unless you get one that's REALLY special, transcends the position...nope.

I don't see much in that market.

Ty Johnson and Rico Dowdle are the only guys that intrigue me. I wish Warren wasn't a RFA.

Warren would be the guy to get. I think PIT is going to tag him with just ROFR original round tender (He was a UDFA so no draft cmp). He might be worth trying to sign out from them anyhow, but they can match.

I'm somewhat interested in some fliers on Elijah Mitchell and Travis Homer. I know Homer hasn't been much but his speed in this offense, ability as a receiving back, and his pass blocking could be a fun low-cost chance.

If you’re looking to add speed and explosion back into the backfield, Warren isn’t the guy for that. He’s closer to Hunt and Perine than anything.

Could work out well if Pacheco returns to form but many here seem to have given up on him in a starting role.

Pacheco has never been an every down back.

Neither are guys like Ty Johnson and Rico Dowdle.

Jaylen Warren could probably fill the role, but like I said, he’s basically Perine at this point.

They’re not trusting rookies on 3rd down, especially early.

Watch Perine. You need to be able to block or you’re a 2 down back here. Even Pacheco didn’t get that opportunity for a while as a rookie and he’s a big RB compared to the rookies we are talking about.
