Offseason Changes and/or concerns about tonight’s game.

I think tonight showed just how oblivious we have all been (rose colored glasses perhaps?) on how bad our offense has been all season, i.e. gifted wins like the dumb ass raiders losing the game without stoping the clock, missed 25 yd field goals… our record did not reflect the truth of this team, we SHOULD have lost to some pretty bad teams….

From here, where do we go?? I think the Oline is clearly an issue, not having rice tonight is also being blatantly exposed as a weakness at WR. Every play “everyone’s covered” along with the Oline just shitting the bed… so, what do we do?

It is debatable because he’s won two super bowls. He is not beyond reproach. But his two super bowls losses have come in games where his OL was ridiculously outmatched. We know Mahomes can and will be fixed and most of the real ones aren’t in a panic.

This is a patchwork team that, with a heavy dose of good fortune, put itself in a position to win a historic third Super Bowl in a row. We were fortunate to be along for the ride, but the weaknesses got exposed tonight.

We need to get younger and more dynamic at OL, RB, TE1, and I have no doubt that we will see that happen. We’re due for a down year, and I’m prepared for that next season.

RB, LT, probably a new RG assuming Trey Smith leaves, WR is a significant need with Hollywood/JuJu free agents and Rice likely not available to start the season.

Lots of needs on offense.

Jesus what is this bullshit going after kelce

Make him a part time player. In exchange you get a great teammate and TE2.

Restructure his contract. Let him ride into the sunset the right way.

**** anyone who would want to toss him aside if he wants one last ride

I don’t want to toss him aside. I think there is concern he walks away.

I agree. I've never been impressed with Andy's o-lines EVER since he has been here. Mediocre at best offensive lines, you would think with a QB like Mahomes you would always be putting at the very minimum good o-lines in front of Mahomes if not superior but NO. We just duct tape and hope for the best and when you play a superior defensive line you will be exposed every time. Caliendo is a joke. Juwan Taylor is a joke. Wanya and the BYU kid ????? Really? Smith gets lazy as well. Our three Super Bowl wins with Mahomes, was he ever comfortable in the pocket? NOPE. And I assure you ever since Mahomes has been a Chief, he's never felt comfortable in the pocket EVER! Of course he's gonna be the classy guy and never ever point the finger at his o-line which he shouldn't but I assure you behind closed doors.........

This is all on Andy and I know a lot of you think Veach is a GM god BUT Andy approves all things FIRST!

Our 2 Super Bowl loses were direct result of a very poor Oline

Veach better learn

Holywood more like Bollywood. seen nothing from him. My disappointment is in LT with no answers. Philly had 2 weeks to scheme on a suspect left side of the o line . It bit us in the ass in the end.

Yep, he's hinted at retirement for two years now. He's a first ballot hof'er, and has his life after football all lined up. I think there's a 75% chance he walks.

It would be great to see Patrick play with a legit Running back. When tonight happens they can hand it off.

We were really going to have to commit to it to have success and we were clearly never doing that.

Now, it would likely have prevented 21 pts and been a much better strategy...
