The wife and I wanted to go - I live 67 miles from the game. We decided we were not going to spend the money to go to the game. Although this is a once in a lifetime chance to go to the SB - we decided to stay at home and watch the game here in BR. I hope ALL of you going have the time of your lives and GEAUX CHIEFS!

I think it's awesome for those who want to and can go! Personally, I just can't ever make it make sense in my head to spend that amount of money on a singular three hour event. I mean I get you can make a weekend out of it, but I can go and have been to New Orleans or Vegas or Phoenix (used to live there) or Miami many a weekend, but I can't pull the trigger on a minimum $50K (there is zero chance I could without and I wouldn't want to go without the B&C and my two sons) for one football game. I mean my Penthouse Suite season tickets and playoff games aren't that much. I can renew those for 4 plus take one hell of a trip to Vegas or any of those other cities for the amount of a SB trip. Again, totally get it for people who do pull the trigger. I am sure you have and will make us all proud. For me and mine, we will continue to attend the Arrowhead Invitational and then throw one hell of a Super Bowl party the two weeks after! It has worked out damn well so far!

I’ll be on my porch listening to Mitch, I won’t charge to hang out.
