Teicher announces retirement
From Teicher's twitter feed:

"My 32nd (!!!) season covering the Chiefs begins today as QBs and rookies report to Missouri Western for the start of a 3-day camp.

This season will also be my last covering the Chiefs. It's been quite a ride and I've learned plenty, including ..."

I know 90% of people here won't care, but Nate's tribute to Adam Teicher in the final 10 minutes or so of this video really cool to see. Like him or not, Adam has a longer active history with this team than just about anyone outside of the Hunt family. It's neat to see how respected he is around the team. Starts at 1:09:09.

I've never understood the hate.

But then, I come from a place where -- not living anywhere near KC -- I was happy to consume whatever Chiefs coverage I could find anywhere, particularly during the dark years.
