I do alright, I don’t lose enough to make me want to stop. It’s a lot of entertainment and keeps me glued to a few sports talk media places.

I have an extended relative who is a degenerate sports bettor. I know he pays a service and I know he bets up to 10k on games and takes huge up and down swings.

I guess on the upside, he gets shit like free trips to the Super Bowl….but he’s always a bad streak from bankrupt.

I’ve used before. Again you have to tread very very carefully because there are lots of scam artists out there. Also you have to bet enough $ to make enough to cover the monthly. One huge benefit is the best will often protect most of their plays for subscribers only. The best ones also only push plays with juice and it’s an advantage to get those plays before the public catches on.

There are lots of good cappers out there who give public picks. If you want some of the best of the best, action sports network has outstanding content. I don’t subscribe and there are lots of free articles to read. In particular, The Favorites podcast on Spotify is super interesting even if you don’t gamble but want to hear good breakdowns of every game. These guys are legit pro gamblers.

I dabble here and there. There's no doubt it's gotten way tougher. There's just too damn much parity in the league now days.

Yeah I’ve used a bunch of free picks from handicappers and “experts” and all that and to be honest, don’t really see much if a difference between my picks anyway, as long as I’m willing to do a little research. One that I do like is “Opposite Picks” by Scott Wetzel (formerly of Sirius) who does a funny betting segment where he picks 7-8 college games per week based on going Opposite of what he thinks is the right bet. He almost always ends up over .500 and this year I’m like 16 games over on his picks. The radio segment (for $5 a month) is hilarious but he posts the picks free at oppositepicks.com click on the Scott’s Daily Message tab on Friday evening and they’ll be posted. Unfortunately there is only 1 or 2 more weeks since he only does them for NCAA football
