I’m watching the 2019 AFC Championship game vs the Titans.
The peak of my Chiefs fandom isn’t actually any of the Super Bowl wins. It’s when Mahomes connected with Sammy on that long TD pass in the 4th quarter and the camera cut to him with his arms extended with the Arrowhead crowd going apeshit behind him. It was at that exact moment that you knew the 50 year drought was over and the Chiefs were finally going to the Super Bowl. I still get goosebumps thinking about that touchdown. |
