Of all the “bubble” WRs I would say that Hardman was the one I felt most confident in making it. He knows the offense, is great on gadget plays, and can return kicks relatively well. He serves far more value to this team than any of the other non lock WRs.

Great Comparison IMO
Yes, if I remember right he was coming off a hamstring injury that kept him out of the combine and was still lingering on his pro day.

He also was on his 4x100 relay team which is probably more indicative of his speed.
