Let's talk about the 49ers (Super Bowl Edition)

Discuss.

Would it be different if we were the road team? I assume that we got the Raiders facility because we are the home team.

I doubt we would even know because the Chiefs would just deal with it and move on. They practiced outside in freezing weather all through the playoffs.

Yeah, I get that. And now that I have read a few more posts on the issue, it sounds like the 49ers are making a mountain out of a molehill.

The one questionable thing to me is why put grass on top of a turf field? And just a week ago? That doesn't sound very stable. But if Goodell is telling the truth about all those experts proclaiming it to be good to go then there is no reason for the 9ers to complain.

And I assumed that the Chiefs were practicing indoors. But it sounds as if they practiced outdoors yesterday.

Sure looks like one team is taking it all in stride and treating this like a business trip while the other is full of excuses. Did the Bills take over the 49ers org?

Good point. And yeah, I thought about that after I posted. You're right.

Thats the difference.

One team had to play through negative degree weather and hostile environments to get to this position and are used to the adversity. The other team can't handle a single bump in the road without crying to the NFL for help.

In the NFL Mic'd up for SB 54, before the game we get to hear Kyle Shanahan talking to Jimmy G. He's commenting that the humid air somehow will make the weather perfect for throwing the ball. "Even I could throw it in this." Just seemed like such an odd comment. If he actually believes that could make some difference in player ability to perform, just imagine what he thinks about weather conditions that actually DO matter.

His soft mindset permeates into that team. But it comes from the fan base seeping into the Head Coach. Ultimately it's the bitch ass Niner fans themselves that caused their demise....uh oh

Contrast that with Mahomes "I can spin it in anything".

Crying about a practice facility is a new low. Even lower level of bitch than a Bills fan. The difference is the Niners have actually won something in the past so there shouldn't be an explanation for how they're acting. I remember when they "got all the calls" with Young and Montana and they sure didn't complain then...
