Let's talk about the 49ers (Super Bowl Edition)

Discuss.

Very true.

As long as we have Mahomes and a somewhat healthy roster, any year can be “the year”.

It’s really nice to not have to hope for the dream season anymore.

I just hope I can keep the "We Are The Champions" ring tone on my phone for another year.

Oh, the dirty looks I get when I answer my phone in public.

This is the downest ****ing year of the Mahomes era.

No question with the right offseason we're gonna have a chance.

The hardest part will be balancing losing several pieces on defense with upgrading the offense.

We're gonna need to bring in COMPETENT, CHEAP players on defense, no Sorensen's or Neimanns. I think we're probably looking at 4 or 5 new starters.

One or two impact players on offense will be all we need to get that unit up to speed again.

I think realistically you're losing Jones, Danna and Omenihu is not going to be ready.

Veach has to replace 24 sacks this offseason.

Big jumps from FAU or Malik would be nice.

And if they switch it up and go man, they don’t have a LB or S they can match up against Kelce, and their coverage unit outside of Ward is not good.
So you are saying there is no LB in the league that can? Because Niners have the best coverage LB in the league.

It would not benefit the niners to line up Warner to try and stop Kelce. They’d end up with more issues than solutions at that point. And, Kelce would still get his anyway
