Yeah, Patriots actually draft man coverage guys and Buffalo had their zone corners playing man across the board on our WR's and shut us down. That looks like a solid pick.Only way it hits over is if Patriots QB throws some pick 6's or turns the ball over a lot. |

I do think Patriots less likely to turn over ball now without Mac Jones. He and Zappe are similar talents but Jones just looked flustered there from the pressure mounting on his career. You also have to expect the Patriots to run the ball a lot to shorten the game and because that makes the most sense against Spags. I also could see us turning the ball over but I don't see picks 6's for Mahomes. |

I'm fairly confident based upon what many ex players have stated that every NFL team since at least the Steelers in the 70's have had players that cheat with PEDs. That is so much more consequential than having a slight advantage how you gather signals when most teams were doing it. I'm speaking of the SB winning years. Nick Saban is on record that he told the person talking to him to not give his guess of signals when he was working for Belichick in Cleveland. He said it messed him up and was more concerned with just appropriate defensive coverage based upon down and distance et cetera. So, Saban found the info Cleveland under Belichick gathered so useless that he mostly ignored it. That spying operationg in Cleveland didn't result in enough wins for Belichick to retain his job. Maybe his opponents did it better. Whatever the case, the fact is that Brady raised his QBR nearly 20 points after everyone knew about Spygate. Bledsoe won less under Belichick. Patriots with Brady had higher winning percentage after Spygate than before Spygate. Brady himself was the cheat code. |

The passes to the backs that just go uncovered are the most infuriating, and they've been a key ingredient in the drives where our defense is on the field for half the quarter on one series. Then getting repeatedly gashed on the ground. Belicheat doesn't want his ass qbs throwing the ball if they don't need to, much like Sean Payton didn't want Russell Wilson playing a dropback passing game. At the half against Buffalo the bleeding stopped with Cook, but I'm not sure if that was a Spags adjustment or the Bills offensive coaching staff going full reerun and just ignoring the dude who popped a Priest Holmes tribute game at Arrowhead in the first half. I'm leaning toward the latter, especially with how they called the game right before the 2 minute mark, ignoring their backs and not forcing us to burn timeouts there. Belicheat will 1000% employ the sweaty tryhard clock control to keep Mahomes on the sideline as much as possible.

Yah, I never bet a lot. It's more about just being correct for me. Well, except the $400-$500 I put on the Chiefs to win the SB every season since Mahomes became QB1, lol. otherwise, I'm betting really small stuff. $$10-20 parlays, $40-$50 games, nothing big. The other thing is that I usually don't bet the Chiefs. Especially the last couple three years. Mostly I bet on Travis these days, but not the team. But the under feels like a near-lock in this case, so I might put something down on them this week. The real $$$ might go on CMC this weekend. Guy's made me more than what I've spent on X-Mas gifts, and I have 10 god-children, lol.

Ever wonder why an unheralded 6th round pick came out of nowhere and started winning SBs right off the bat? Spygate. Brady was a great QB though - top 3 of all time I would say. Just not as great as everyone says. His legitimate 4-3 super bowl record is proof of that.

I'm sure you'll have a theory, but I can't imagine what it might be and could use the entertainment. Thanks in advance! ![]() The only thing I'm certain of is that if you were on the witch hunting crew in Salem back in the 1690s then the streets would have been packed neck-deep with the corpses of any woman that ever owned a broom. I feel embarrassed that the normal folks of this forum have to be subjected to these kind of lunatic rants all the time. Get a life, son. |

This is one of your dumbest posts. The Broncos had 240 total yards. Our defense dominated.
