Simply Put...This Offense Sucks Ass
We will be lucky to win the division at this rate. Drops, penalties, turnovers, you name it. They find a new way to lose it seems almost every game. We have yet to beat a good team. We beat the Chargers, the Raiders, the Broncos once who in turn whipped us, the Bears, and such.

Lost to Detroit..okay dropped pass in first game of the season...
Lost to Denver...they had to take the ball away 5 times..but they did....
Lost to Philly...another ****ing dropped pass....
Lost to GB, more dropped passes and turnovers....
Lost to Buffalo..you guesses it..dropped passes, turnovers and penalites...


As good as our defense is playing, our offense is complete suck at this point. Veach got away with it last year, it bit his ass this year. Our WR corp is the absolute worst in the league. We don't even have a #1 WR and if we did he would be a #3-#4 on any other team.

Maybe it's good to get slapped around and wake this team up but can't see us doing much in the playoffs assuming we even get there at this point.

It's so frustrating because the offense isn't ass? It's fallen short of expectation, but it feels literally a tick off and then just can't catch a single break. They keep scoring sub 20, but it doesn't feel like that they are that far off from being able to put up 25-30 a game instead.

It's not like this exact offense would need much to be "good" rather than what it is now, take away one of MVS or Skyy and add back an average to slightly above average NFL WR and its probably a good offense.

We have zero WR's that threaten down the field and zero WR's that Mahomes can trust to get open past the sticks. Rice is getting eased into such a role but it's not all there yet.

That's a recipe for exactly what you see. The only thing keeping us from being Bottom 5 is Mahomes and Reid.

This years Chiefs offense looks more like the 2020 Bears than any KC offense in the last 7 years.

I don’t think it’s just EB & Nagy. The new receivers coach looks like he barely graduated high school. That’s a mistake by Andy, given the lack of talent in the receiver group. He treated this like an autopilot situation. They needed an experienced coach in that job.

Pacheco makes a big difference yesterday if he plays. Clyde and McKinnion were getting some big gains, could only imagine what Pacheco would have gotten with them.

Besides MVS we chose to go with inexpensive youth at WR. There's a lot of pressure to repeat this year and the young guys are struggling. That said the TD to Rice was a thing of beauty. It gives me hope for the future.
