Christmas movies tournament: Home Alone region

This is the region with the top overall seed, Home Alone. Vote for the winner of each matchup.

The tournament will be four divisions with 8 movies each. Classic snake style bracket with top seed being paired with the lowest 2 seed and so on.

I don't have a bracket or anything but it will be like this:

Home Alone region Grinch region
Polar Express region Gremlins region

Here is the final movie list in order:

Spoiler!

The humor is definitely very juvenile as well.

I suspect it helps if you watched it for the first time during your formative years.

The wet bandits had me laughing more as an adult than as a kid. They were the highlight of the movie. The screams had me rolling.

We are watching some of Home Alone. How anyone can even approach saying it’s not a Christmas movie is beyond me.
