Sorry, but it's unfortunately almost a certainty that it's going to be Nagy. The only question is how many seasons will we lament being wasted in the future once he's fired.

Hardman is on IR, they are giving Pacheco way more of the work and Toney is made of glass.

I like that they are increasing Rice's reps but want them to get him the ball downfield more.

Zach Ertz would help the offense IMO. I hope we get him

I'll never be an EB fan, but I think they miss his attitude, not necessarily the X's and O's part. This team has no one now who gets in your face on offense when players keep making these mistakes. I think they've got nothing but players coaches on offense full of Andy Reid lacky's. If Reid wasn't the HC, the coaching staff would be facing an enormous amount of heat on the offensive side.

I hate this offense so bad. When Andy retires, I hope his offense goes with it. I'd love an offense from the Shanahan coaching tree.

Yep, and it's a ****ing failure. Veach shoulda paid Hill, signed or traded for an actual #1 WR, and/or should have taken advantage of the best WR drafts in recent memory. Instead, he bargain basement shopped and the offense blows. This team didn't get to 5 AFC championship games, 3 SBs with 2 victories because of the defense. They are trying that now....and it's failing.

Why not just do the things you'd do with Ertz but with Gray? He's shown he's a reliable TE2. Just bump up his snaps and lower Moore's? Run 2 TE sets as your primary sets.

I still don't get the massive love for EB and complete and utter contempt for Nagy. It makes zero sense.

The offense struggled massively under Andy and EB in 2021. The offense looked as bad for 2 months as this years offense and they ended that season competely falling apart on offense in the 2nd half of the AFCCG. Everyone thought the offense had massive problems after that. Then they traded Tyreek.

Anybody here guess the difference between the 2021 struggling offense and the 2022 top 5 offense without Tyreek?

Nagy.

Nobody wants to talk about that huh? Just the counterpoint that Nagy is apparently the reason the offense sucks now despite Andy Reid and Brett Veach being fine with Skyy Moore and Kadarius Toney leading this WR corps

Matt Nagy was in Chicago in 2021. He came back and the offense immediately stabilized and got massively better even without Tyreek.

Because both EB and Nagy got to run offenses on their own without Reid and one guy is clearly better.
