That's also the refusal to QB sneak and the ability to just run.

Yeah, our running game is actually right at league average in both yards and ypc. But Andy doesn't call conventional runs for some reason either inside the 10 or on 3rd and short. The third down thing drives me crazy because he won't treat it as having two downs.

Not sure what they were supposed to do about WR. The WR's in this draft weren't great. Rice has been as good than any of them except Addison.

We couldn't trade up. Nobody wanted to trade up with us per reports and evidence (Dallas).

Hopkins and OBJ got overpaid and we can't be making deals like that while paying Patrick huge money.

It is what it is

They're obsessed with calling outside zone when the strength of the OL is the interior.

Veach recognized the hole and tried to fill it. Drafted Rice, signed James, pursued Dhop apparently, and now Hardman. Rice has worked as well as can be expected.

I really wonder the extent to which they over estimated Moore and Toney, or did they know coming in they were likely ****ed at WR when Dhop didn't work out, as many of us believed they were.

The playoffs made everyone overvalue Moore and Toney because of punt returns and one yard TDs. I'm talking about this forum. Not sure what the coaches and GM were looking at. Maybe hoping Toney can stay healthy and Moore will develop into a #3.

Neither of these players has the makings of a varsity NFL player.

Yep. Thats why you cant always look at results. You should never base your top WRs on how well they can return punts. And the TDs they made in the Super Bowl were wide wide open schemed up plays by Reid.

The fans for sure. What the coaches and GMs were doing is a different story.

It isn't just WR...

We haven't added any offensive playmakers to offset the ones we lost. Our depth there is not great..Pacheco is a 7th round pick backed up by scrubs...the WR position is a black hole.

Actually that’s on Toub.

He cussed Hardman out last week for letting one go inside the 10.

So really, the big miss was that our top brass thought Toney and Skyy could replicate that skill set.
