This was a witch's brew of bad things happening all at once.

Mahomes clearly playing sick.
All of our linebackers injured.
Early turnovers that took the ball out of Rusty Wilson's hands.
Turnover, turnovers, turnovers.

It's just a fluke. It'll happen during a long season.

Even with that, we would've won if our receivers weren't a complete disaster. Between Moore dropping a touchdown and Mecole muffing what became an easy touchdown and Rice dropping a pass that any civilian would have caught, that's the reason for this loss. You can't commit four turnovers and then drop critical passes constantly.
