He’s averaging 10 receptions the past 3 games. Last year he averaged 6. We are depending on him way more this year. That is 1 year older and where he hasn’t been 100%. And that’s not even considering how lac took him out much of the second half.

Okay, dude - you'll never find me amongst those people. You had me taking the under on his production this year.

And that's fine that he was 'studying film' and in the room last year but the guy is a clear rookie when it comes to NFL speed and what it takes to succeed on the field.

It's insane that people would feel like somehow as WR7 on the team that he's been a disappointment and can now be written off.

Kadarius Toney had less snaps than Justyn Ross in this game. That is good to see. The staff is finally coming around on him that hes not a guy you can rely on even if healthy. Skyy Moore continues to do nothing and received a ton of snaps. But hey, Tony was impressed by that one block!

Rice with a season high in snaps. And this ladies and gentleman is the recipe for success and something we were all clamoring for.

I hope...pray...that as the season goes on Hardman takes snaps from Moore. Appears Rice is already taking them from Toney.

Who said anything about him being a disappointment? Pointing out he's a JAG and hasn't lived up to the hype created here isn't writing him off. He's an UDFA. The fact he's even on a roster considering his medicals is quite impressive, but he's just not what people here want him to be.

Well cutting Justin Reid and MVS is a net gain of $22.75 million in cap space and $5.5 million in dead space.

According to OTC we will have $55 million with the $3.5 million rollover from this year. Getting rid of the 2 above puts us at just under $78 million, so even with Chris getting paid we will have some money to spare.

Anyway, Rice is coming along very nicely and you can see that Mahomes is starting to look for him now. MVS had a good game and some nice catches that make you think, "Why is he not targeted more?"

Rice kinda puts to bed all the excuses made for Moore last year, and also the excuses for Ross this year.

Nah, im not disappointed at all. I never expected him to do shit. I was the one arguing with an entire forum that was trying to convince me he was actually a 1st round talent when he never really was.

My expectations for Justyn Ross this year were less than 150 yards and maybe a memorable play here and there.

This is more of a counter reaction to the ridiculous hype around this SECOND year player (for the excuses).

Man, every game I go to and sit in our seats....MVS always seems to be open. On the Mecole pick he had a 70 yard walk in TD.

Yesterday to me, was the first day Pat looked really comfortable in the pocket. I don't think that the day our OL has it's better day the offense looks better.

Yeah Skyy is a bust. He just isn't gonna be a player in this league. His career arc is Demarcus Robinson at best.

I wouldn't mind a WR rd 1 as long as we take another DL in rd 2

I'd go trade for Aiyuk and pay him if that were an option.

And last thing on Ross: He ran that route in the end zone so ****ing poorly that he actually got called for OPI for it.

That was NOT a bad throw from Mahomes. Mahomes put it exactly where a player like Ross is suppose to make his oney. Ross allowed himself to get bodied by a DB who gave him a free release instead of continuing the route to the back of the endzone. He ran right into the DB that wasn't even pressing him, stopped the route AND pushed off in the hand fight....bro....

Was it a ticky-tack BS call? Sure. But shit like that happens to run it so poorly.

In fairness to Ross he got more snaps than our "#1 WR". It will be interesting to see if that continues though.
