I get that it's the Bears and they do stupid things, but they aren't that stupid.
The idea of "developing" Fields is over. At least in Chicago.

He can't do basic processing.

Rice will keep getting more. He's too good not to.

I'd say the same with Toney, until he breaks

The Bears committed the franchise to the Fields project when they traded the #1 away, and when they used some of that value to bring in help for Fields. He'll probably be there until he brings the HC and GM down who made that blunder.

O.city would gladly trade away every pick in the draft.

They're sitting with the 1st and 2nd overall pick today

Think you need to take a deep breath….

It is just pointing out he has the target share we need. And following the consensus here that we need to pivot from low target share guys like skyy to rashee sooner rather than later. The blueprint is fine but you have to adapt to what you see out there and this game is a clear call to action. Either bump up snaps to Toney until rashee is ready or bump up Rashees role. Or both.

Mecole would be a huge help at this point, when Toney is banged up we don't have anyone to remotely replicate that kind of explosiveness

PFF grades for Toney and Rice were not bad 69 and 67, sort of matches the eye test. Everyone else not named Kelce was awful, which also checks out. O City will be pleased to know they gave Mahomes a putrid 53. Jawaan Taylor was graded as liquid s***. Also checks out.

The irony when you've been absolutely obsessed with this subject for months.

"We can't let this happen"

"I really really hope"

And I need to take a deep breath?

Veachs blueprint also assumed skyy was going to replace juju and that Toney would be WR1. Veach is terrific but he is not infallible and plans change. No, we can’t continue to keep putting mahomes on an island with underperforming WRs. And a really bad performance like this on the most national stages is a good sign to re-evaluate.

We need to immediately evaluate our snap counts and that especially starts with skyy. Yeah, I really really hope so and I expect Reid will pivot. If he wants to take his time with rashee he’s got other options he can use instead to ease him along.

It's not Veach's blueprint. It's clearly Andy's. Veach isn't responsible for how much and which guys play. Didn't think that needed to be explained, but this is really just your way of expressing your displeasure with how they've handled the WR position for the millionth ****ing time, hence why you brought up Skyy, JuJu, Toney, and your favorite "WR1".

Also, i don’t think hanging the “you were worried about our WRs” is the dunk you think it is. I obsessed over it because I thought the position was important. And I’m glad to see people come around to it.

Absolutely hilarious way to frame your weird obsessive behavior.

You are far from the only person to express that you were "worried about our WRs". It's not about that. Only you could possibly think that it is.
