I'd say they've developed their fair share of guys here. Other than Tyreek, no, none have turned into top 10 in the league WR's.

Yet....seems they've had success here. That seems to say something....not sure what.

Tyreek is a bit of an outlier, supreme talent fell due to personal issues etc.

We "eased" Skyy Moore into 19 out of 21 career games under 50 yards receiving, including 8 where he didn't gain a yard.

You're bitching at Watson playing over Rice? Well there's probably a reason for that. Toney is coming back from an injury/missed camp and Andy's got him on a pitch count. When he was out it was apparent that Andy wanted Watson to run the deep routes with his speed. One worked out and another was a pick.

That's not Rice's game to burn guys downfield. Also in 2 games Rice is averaging
1/4 of the snaps. You act like he's not out there ever.

Are you a "good" wide receiver if you've earned a second contract with another team after starting with the Chiefs? Because we've had plenty of those.

Albert Wilson and Byron Pringle are good examples of wide receivers who outplayed their draft position (both undrafted).
