Predictions After the Loss

Just curious what people's predictions of our win total are after week one. Who's panicking? Who thinks WBF? Go on record!

Feel free to add any other predictions below.

I went with 14-3. They'll figure some stuff out, and Toney had a (bad) game for the ages. Stiil should have won.
With the addition of Kelce, Jones and Omenihu, and the better games from the young guys and rookies due to experience down the road, I'm not worried about it. If I was any other team, I WOULD hate to play the Chiefs.

Don't feel worse but I think the WRs are going to continue to underperform. They'll be better but still frustrating.

I think they might be 5-3 or 6-4...and then not lose again. Reidian rRun.

I'm encouraged by this defense. May end up being the best one Mahomes has had. Missing 2 of your top 3 players, gift them 7 free points plus a plethora of other unforced errors and lose by 1 to a top 3 offense from last year? I think this game will be a distant memory in a few weeks. Chiefs are still the team to beat.

I still like their chances to repeat. A lot of turnover but andy and pat always figure it out. I have no reason to doubt them this year.

No Jones, Kelce, and we still had to royally screw it up to lose. I don't think you guys realize how good this team will be. But like last year we do have the early season woes. I mean Clyde hasn't even been benched yet.

14-3

11-6 is the floor.

I’ll feel better once Week 1 is over on Monday and we’re that much closer to Jacksonville.
I hate Thursday games.

My prediction from 2 mos ago:

Chargers finally break through and win the AFC West.

Broncos finally beat the Chiefs for the first time since 2015

I just feel a let down. Can't keep the eye of the Tiger forever.

The Kansas City Chiefs always find a way to drop a game they should win by double digits. We got it out of the way, and at the best time. Opening night, nationally televised embarrassment, fortunately against an NFC opponent.

Andy Reid got his little cutesy bullshit stuffed into his asshole like he was a Thanksgiving turkey, and these young guys got a solid pimp slap to the pavement to let them know you need to do more than just walk on that field to win.

Defense has to be pumped to the moon knowing that they have the opportunity to be a reason this team makes a title run, even without big bitch Jones.

Extra time to prepare for the Jaguars, we will get Kelce back, and with renewed focus, the Chiefs will get down to business and play some solid football here on out.
