Our RBs are WAY worse, if not for Pacheco this would possibly br the worse RB corp in NFL history. Give me Bam Morris or Brian Shay damn it!

Not even Bam Morris good. We need to take a swing at a couple of hard running RBs

You seem drunk. The giveaway was misspelling be, and thinking we need RBs.

The toughest part of Moore’s play so far for me is that a true alpha was sitting right there for us when we traded back and picked him instead. We’re presumably never going to have a high enough draft pick during the Mahomes era to have the opportunity to get a top 3-ish WR talent coming out of college, yet we had that chance and passed on it.

I’m going to fantasize about what could’ve been every time I see Pickens Moss somebody or make some freakish one-handed catch. Mahomes could go nuts with a guy like like that and he would’ve taken pressure off Kelce. He’s the potential WR1 we’re going to have a tough time getting picking at or near the end of the 1st every year. So many of us were banging the table for Pickens, seemed so obvious. I actually had us trading out of the 1st and picking Pickens and Tariq Woolen in the 2nd.

Look, there’s no disputing - at least in my mind - that Veach is one of the absolute top GMs in he league. The trade up for McDuffie was a great move. Drafting Josh Williams in the 4th was a great move (and exactly who I had us picking with one of our 4ths). Turns out we could’ve gotten Woolen in the 4th but we picked Kinnard instead. Could you even fathom coming out of that draft with McDuffie, Woolen, and Josh Williams at CB? With Pickens, Chenal and Pacheco thrown in too? Would’ve been a draft for the ages. Wouldn’t have even needed Jaylen Watson, who’s a nice player but not even on the same planet as Woolen. Woolen might be even better than McDuffie.

No GM is ever going to get every pick right, but Veach having Moore and Kinnard higher on his board than Pickens and Woolen were pretty glaring misses.

Seriously? They're all JAGS and / or very young and / or injury prone. It was always cause for concern.

Toney's the most talented receiver we have, there's no real choice but to rally around him until and unless he produces another performance like that. I don't think he will. He's always been inconsistent but that's oscillated between being ineffective but not actively damaging (poor routes etc rather than drops and ints) and a game winner. I kinda think that's the guy we get and if so, that's a good return and a decent 2nd or 3rd option behind Kelce and MVS.

It may be too early to consider but I'd love to know what the planning is for post-Kelce, because we need to build some young talent at OT and WR.

Young, no real veteran presence. Hopefully it works out.

The veteran presence is Travis Kelce. We all knew that.

You think we got a fully accurate evaluation of these receivers and what they’re capable of without Kelce on the field?

It’s not like they had ample time to change the gameplan around. It basically
felt like Gray instead of Kelce and keep the rest the same.

Definitely some cause for concern for obvious reasons, but I definitely wouldn’t be selling stock in Toney at these levels and I don’t think we got to truly gauge what Moore may be able to do without Kelce getting the attention he does.

Long season.
