They can’t get open, they drop passes in their hands, their jet sweeps are slow and terrible. These guys are not good.

Yet Mahomes passed for 5250 yards.

Let's play the game where we put JuJu at zero, sum the other four top five WR and reduce their total by 500 and the collective JAGS all gain what they did last year. Doomsville. Congratulations, you have imagined a scenario where Mahomes passes for 3811 yards.

I will give you 5-1 odds that if Mahomes plays more than 15 games, he passes for more than 3811 yards during the regular season.

Or if you want an even money bet, you provide the line. You just can't create a realistic scenario where Mahomes doesn't get his yardage with Andy Reid as his coach.

This doom gets old.
He is when you give that role to Sky Moore...

Just said on NFLN that MVS's 48 yds were the lowest total by a leading Chiefs receiver in Mahomes' career.

Yes but Detroits crappy D with a marginal secondary that lacks speed wasn't supposed to do that...what's a good secondary gonna do?

You are assuming that Kelce, at age 34 (as of next month) and now battling a knee injury will be able to replicate his production from last year.

A significant decline in Kelce’s production puts more strain on this WR group.

Dude, it's not about "the WR1 shit" it's about YOU being absolutely obsessed with it to the point that you saw my post and somehow thought I was talking about Pat and turned it into an opportunity to continue arguing about your obsession.

Get help.

Hey now don't let facts get in the way of a good narrative. We lose next week and they'll all be saying Mahomes run is over

Putting Toney who has flashed brightly at times next to Moore who has shown little to nothing is insane.
He had 171 yards in the regular season and 50 yards in the postseason in 10 games. A great timely punt return in the SB.

I'll need to see a little more, because some of those drops were basic catches.

Toney was open several times. That wasn't the problem. Even Rice was playing well but didn't even play hardly at all in the 2nd half

That and if Toney catches that ball it's a 1st down and we likely score a TD on that drive. That is a -14 swing, or at very least a -10. That doesn't even count every other horrendous play Skyy & Toney had.

I can get over Toney, that's on the Chiefs for not realizing missing all of camp he was completely out of sync with the offense...

The Skyy Moore one though that's just not ok...MVS was MVS, Watson was Watson...Rice was better than expected..and Moore just shit his pants.

We have to finally just realize that we haven't drafted WR well. It can't be all sunshine and rainbows. This is one of Veach's weakness. WR evaluation.
