I think it's more than drops. Some of them weren't drops in the stat sheet. I think a big problem is Skyy and Toney just run their route. They can't improvise. They don't see the big picture. They don't see a LB or safety is cutting their route off and slow down to give them space. They don't adjust to the football in the air. They don't adjust to when Mahomes moves the pocket. They just don't know how to play backyard football. Mahomes trusts instinctual players.

I'm looking at his stats and I've never seen a time ever he's shown he can. He's shown flashes. But any athletic guy can look the part. You need to actually do it.
