Let's talk about the Raiders
Stidham is playing well today against a though 49ers defense. (As of 4 minutes left to play in the 4th quarter)

Regardless of how the game Monday night between the Bills and Bengals goes, we need a win.

It's a small sample size, but Stidham was really impressive. He came out and played completely fearless. My hope is the 49ers were taken by surprise by it, and after seeing the film, the Chiefs now won't be. But right now I'd rather Carr was playing. Stidham injects some chaos into the equation.

I doubt it, that's why he has been a no show at practice. If he gets hurt he loses million in a new contract as he has no team as of Saturday night after the game.

Carr played decently the last few games against the Chiefs. So some Chiefs fans who have only watched him during those games may think he is decent.

Stidham is playing like the rent is due. That guy knows this is his shot at being a starter in this league and is going to try and ball out. He's been in the same system for years and has weapons on offense.

Care has had a bad season, but even then he has over a 85 passer rating.

Stidham has a career p-rating of 46.

Average is usually around 85-90.

So last week Stidham earns a p-rtg of 108, completing 68% of his passes.

What’s more likely? Stidham is now an elite QB, or he had a day, kind of like how Mayfield had a day a few weeks ago, but he’s really closer to the QB with the 54 rating?

Stidham is really an unknown. Maybe with some offensive weapons and years of sitting on the bench it is starting to click for him (game is slowing down). He's only played in a handful of games.

Carr has 9 seasons of which he hasn't won a playoff game with only getting his team to the postseason twice. Carr went 0-10 in his first 10 starts.

We could go on and on. Bottom line is the Raiders are moving on from Carr.
