On paper, this is the best draft ive witnessed. To be able to get at least 4 IMPACT starters and great depth even in RD7, hats off to Veach and his team.

They took value, however the value they took were at positions of need. I was not expecting them to take as many picks as they did, maybe 8, ended up with 10.

I can see Skyy as a potential OROTY and Chenal if used right can be a force. I LOVE the versatility of McDuffie can kind of throw him around anywhere when needed. Was not a huge fan of Karlaftis but, i am coming around to the pick. When they announced the name George my father and i were excited because we thought they picked Pickens lol. But, he gives a high floor with great hands and awesome run stopper. We should be smacking people in the mouth.

I cant wait till next year, i will be flying down from NJ to attend the Draft with my father. LETS GO CHIEFSSS!

I think they drafted with next year's KC draft in mind.
If any fail, they can still have a nice crew of bouncers

Im not the college football draft geek many here are but looking at what we drafted, where we got them and the needs it looks a lot like last year digging into the players.

Hard to find an issue anywhere.

I agree with PFF. A+

To me moore will be the biggest determinant of its success. I think all the other players are high floor enough to not be concerned about them busting

Started off amazing. The draft tailed off for me when the moved up for Kinnard. Could have added more to the DL and still focused on the DBs. I thought the DL was going to be the focus of this draft but that's ok

Veach kicked ass. Even the media liked it and they almost never like us.

The thing about the Moore pick and the trade back with the pats.

Did veach already have moore targeted and have insider info that Pickens would go inbetween the picks? Seems extremely unlikely but that’s the only way this is a solid pick

If he didn’t know that then we just took the last good remaining wr in exchange for a 5th

Moore was always the best fit for the Chiefs in that tier.

I wanted Pickens too, but I don’t believe for a second that they had him over Moore on their board.

I think the Chiefs wanted Moore over Pickens, but they assumed most teams ahead of them would take Pickens if they went WR so they (the Chiefs) were fairly safe trading back a few spots.

I have come around on the Moore pick.

I think I was still annoyed about Karlaftis, and Moore just compounded my frustration, because I wanted Christian Watson or Pickens.
