Maybe it doesn't, but I've read many times that swing traders hurt the stock price. My brain doesn't have enough wrinkles in it to know for sure.

Good day to sell off a few of my stocks that haven't been preforming as well as I expected.

MTG I agree with Hog's strategy of making some money off AMC on the side with a portion of the stocks, why not? We're here to make money.

I think Tilray TLRY is going to break out. Its all bearish on the chart but I just sense something.

I think its going to pop to $18 in the next few months

I think the graph is what Lewdog looks for in a stock to buy, we need him to weigh in on what he thinks. On the surface it looks like a go IMO.

Hopefully because I'm fairly heavily invested and I'm tired of being down 15-20%. I think I'll average down.

MongoDB with 25% gain today. IPO in 2017 at $26, now at $502!
Confluent and Snowflake up today on positive earnings reports as well. Tech stocks continue to crush it

Not bad, you're learning!

It's low risk, if you make if that. Big red flags though which is ONLY why I'd take it with super low risk.

Red flags:
1. Current price is below it's 200, 150 and 50 day MA. Woof.
2. Many red days in June-August were on higher volume.
3. The stock has not shown any bit of a true reversal pattern yet.

One positive is short term trend line shows higher lows are happening, so it's possible this had bottomed.

Past 3 days of closing have had all very similar lows. 13.51, 13.45, 13.44. I bought late in the day and chose to make my stop like I normally do which is take the low of 13.45 x .999 so I set my stop loss right below a prior low. My stop registered at 13.43 today and I bought at 13.57, which is 1% risk.

Probably a pullback day today then a break through resistance tomorrow I hope
