I don't think this team wins a title without Duffy and Ventura, so Duffy needs to figure this out. I don't blame Ned one bit for leaving him in. He has to succeed. He has to. There may not be any other choice.

That pitch for a HR was a STRAIGHTBALL! Had NOTHING on it. Guy lost command and decided to groove one. Very stupid pitcher. Plus, I'm not so sure he's not an asshole too. Guy's kinda hard to like.

Any way for Shields to sign a contract just so he can call and talk to Duffy between innings? Because so far, it looks like Shields was the only reason Duffy was able to keep himself in check last season.
