Help finding my son a new car
My sons 2000 Ford Explorer front wheel completely froze up and destroyed the brakes and there is a problem with the rear axle too. Repair cost is over $1000 and I'm not paying that. Time to look at a new car for him.

Who were the resident dealers on this site again?

Here are the cars he is looking at. Any opinions would be great as I have had it with car shopping these last few years.

Yeah, I'd cut him off immediately. My parents did the same with me, and that was the moment I started waking the **** up and acting more responsibly. As much as I hated it at the time, I've thanked them repeatedly since then.

He already owes us for the car loan which was 4400. Now he gets to add another 2500 to 3500 to that if we pay for this

I'm planning to stop by the mechanic in the morning so I can look at it and take pics. I'll post them when I do.

The price is including painting so I may tell them to not bother with that. I just want it driveable.
