Help finding my son a new car
My sons 2000 Ford Explorer front wheel completely froze up and destroyed the brakes and there is a problem with the rear axle too. Repair cost is over $1000 and I'm not paying that. Time to look at a new car for him.

Who were the resident dealers on this site again?

Here are the cars he is looking at. Any opinions would be great as I have had it with car shopping these last few years.

Its really frustrating that auto dealers take Sundays off. Weekends are the only option for shopping for me.

Thats changing. Some are open now and they are busy as hell. Other lots will be forced to open.

I don't get how this ever started. You take away 1 of the two days that the vast majority of your customers have off?

I would do some research on that engine if I were you. It's getting to the point where it will fail if it's one of the problem ones

Spoke to the mechanics about what jason said and they confirmed that issue was not this engine. This engine only has a history with valve cover gaskets. The dealership agreed to pay for the work.
