Original thread was getting to large for the board

2011 WS Championship
2012 one win from another WS
2013 two wins from another WS title
2014 Central Division title and NLCS series win (so far)

This is a franchise that has made the postseason 10 times in the last 14 seasons.

Only 1 losing season since 2000.

Reached the World Series 4 times since 2004 and won as many championships (two) the past eight seasons as it did from 1965 to 2005.

Our new Manager has more post season experience than any other manager in baseball, except the Giants manager.

Made the NLCS 8 times

Three million attendance? Take it to the bank.

60 post season wins since 2004. 20+ wins more than any other team.

After the Crawford walk if Martinez comes into the game and gives up a double in the gap your pissed but at least you know it was the right decision.

Sorry that I overestimated the mental stability of the more ardent Cards fan. Did not know, given the embarrassment of riches that has been their post season success historically and redoubled in recent years, that they could be so red assed about ONE bad beat that doesn't even eliminate them. Particularly as they are ostensibly Chiefs fans on here as well.

If this loss has you this edgy and irascible. You really should have had a 5150 out on you last January.

If you truly are offended, I apologize for inflicting that feeling. But I'm not going to change my personality for wilting flowers going forward. Gallows humor keeps me alive as a Chiefs fan, and I like my life.

First, since you seem determined to rep whine incessantly until the end of time, outside of clear negreps for humor [ie, someone posts 'what does negrep look like,' or tells a groaner of a pun/joke], of which there are 5-6, actual negreps are around a dozen in the past decade.

We should give it up for Lackey and the bullpen(pre scrotum), 2 hits after the 1st inning.

Right now our best in Lynn then Lackey.

Hopefully, Miller rises to the occasion. Before his run at the end of the year, I didn't think it was possible, now I think he has stepped up his game to give us 5-6 good innings.

That being said when he gets rolling and it starts to go south in the 5th inning or later, get him the **** out of there, he's not going to recover.
