I think it’s entitlement. The difference is mahomes elevated a game that was already popular. The wnba for years has had a lot of deluded entitlement that people cared for the game more than they actually did. Like when they tried like hell to act like Brittney griner was some kind of a list superstar. We saw the same shit with women’s soccer where the older veterans were expecting everyone to shower them with flowers.

These are two sports where the faster they embrace changing of the guard the better.

I always wonder why some of these teams dont use the bench more just to get a few of the most energetic moments of the players lives.

There's some tall woman waving a towel in warm ups on Iowa's bench that looks to be 6'4-6'6".

KCC must be having LeBron-ptsd watching Caitlyn Clark drop dimes for missed layups

At this point, I think Iowa just hopes to keep it close enough for a late run at the end

Just like most games nowadays, if you’re missing 3s and they’re hitting 2s you’re going to get in a hole that only 3s will dig you out of.

Those little girls of Iowa keep driving into the lane where 3 women twice their size are ready and getting stuffed.

Maybe try a little more shooting 3's, isnt that what you do best?

Too many points left out there, between missing open 3s, not finishing on Clark assists, and missed free throws... they've had plenty of chances.
