Dirk Novitlshfoihswhgdski on his injury with 3 words removed:

The doctor “was really scared about an infection, so he went back in there for like 30, 40 minutes,” Nowitzki said. “I was just watching him with his fingers in my hole. He had his whole finger digging in there. That was ugly.

I just created an Excel worksheet listing the cities with an NFL team and the Interstate highways that serve them.

Some quick stats:

The Interstate with the most teams is I-95. It has 8 along its route.
Every NFL city has at least one Interstate, but Green Bay is the only one not directly connected to another NFL city by its Interstate: I-43.

I may or may not start a thread on this very subject tomorrow.

George Michael (from the George Michael Sports Machine, not the gay guy from Wham!) has died. I don't know how many know who he was, but when I was a kid, before everyone had ESPN, I would stay up until like 11:30 on Sunday night to see NFL highlights. His show was the only one like it back then where you could see highlights of all the games.
So R.I.P.

And one other random thought- the Sklar Brothers are hosting the Jim Rome show today. Their humor probably doesn't appeal to some, but if you think they're funny (like I do) just a heads up.

God..nowadays I can't even sit through 5 minutes of ESPN.
it's lke a gossip show; awful.

although, I do like some of their guys they have calling games. Surprisingly, I enjoy listening to matt millen (yeah yeah, I know.). Steve Young nees to go away - he's awful.
