Diced frozen hashbrowns mixed with shredded cheese, sour cream, milk, onion and seasonings. The mixed together and baked with a butter and cornflake mixture on top. Delicous, made popular by religious folk for big events, Mormons in particular.

If you are going to use a store bought corned beef make sure to soak it in water first so it can get rid of some of the salt or it will be too salty. I normally let it sit for an hour in a sink full of water. Change the water once.

Seen this on my Nextdoor feed. I don't know the man but recognize him as a longtime Santa Clause when they used to have such things in malls. He posted these humongous homemade calzones he cooked on a homemade reclining woodfired pizza oven. Thinking of asking if he would sell some Id buy as he lives in Town of Claycomo very near me.
