My mom made spaghetti with ground beef instead of italian sausage awhile back and it was nearly inedible. I can’t believe I used to eat it that way. Italian sausage is the only way to go.

It was my first experience with Roman pizza. It's basically a butcher counter with various pizzas behind the glass. You pick which ones you want, they cut a piece the size you want with scissors and weigh it. Super legit pizza. Crisp yet airy crust. Some of the topping combinations were a little out there for me though.
