I mean, UConn had only 6 players play and they had 18 personal fouls? That kind of shit is unconscionable. And the ncaa needs to move to 6 fouls asap for both men’s and women’s. Because nobody wants to see one and done tournament games played with a heavy whistle.

About the Chiefs I fairly admit to being hypocritical as ****, sure. And if I was an Iowa fan, I certainly wouldn’t be apologizing for shit either.

That was still an incredibly soft call to end a game no matter what you say.

Anybody who watched the game knows the officiating was heavily leaning one way.

Agreed. Those numbers Im guesstimating are just in general. As has been known for decades in basketball, refs swallow their whistle more on those types of plays at the end of games.

If the bitch from UConn would have taken the screen instead of being three feet from it she wouldn’t have had to move. If you want to blame anyone there blame Bueckers, not the refs or the screener.

That’s a very fair statement. She took it way too wide and it’s probably a very clean screen if she comes off of it tighter. Uncharacteristic for a really smart player.

Meh, he handled it with class I thought. Didn’t see any postgame comments but he wasn’t really railing on the refs at all for that call.

50/50 that Geno is a Jerry Sandusky. What kind of a creep would coach women & young girls for 35 years? A predator thats who.

I grew up with a guy who ended up being a golf instructor. He specialized in girls instruction. He recently became known as a Diddler. Him and P Diddler gonna share a cell.

It was a blatant moving screen that directly affected the play. It was an easy and correct call.

I was making fun of the idiots in here, not coach Auriemma... coaches obviously want players to be even more aware of not doing stupid shit at the end of games, while others crying about the officials after such a blatant call is basically the opposite and saying what the player did was fine because it was the end of the game so who cares.

Auriemma seemed pissed at his player and rightfully so, she made a boneheaded play that cost them the game.

UConn had a lot of key players out with injury. Their game strategy was to play with a lot of defensive effort on a 7 player rotation that was not UConn's 7 best players going into the season.

The foul trouble had more to do with UConn being a shorthanded team that needed everything to go right to have a chance.

The problem was UConn kept winning and made the final four to play a team they could only beat if they hustled and fouled the shit out of them the whole game.
