Hollywood Brown is expected to practice this week

Said he is most likely to play on Xmas but they are trying to target the Texans game. Depends on if he’s ready

Why? I'm totally stoked, and he will get more targets than that.

Hollywood was injured on the first play of the first preseason game. He did nothing after that. He missed the entire preseason. I would say that there will be a bit of a learning curve.

The NFL would have to royally (and intentionally) **** the Chiefs by waiting until after Rice is fully recovered to announce the suspension. If they do that, Clark Hunt should go murder Goodell's pets.

That's just petty and I see no reason at all that they'd do it.
Didn’t they already admit to making the schedule difficult for us to try to stop the THREEPEAT?

It will if they have another quick separator they can trust to win quickly against man.

Teams have had success gumming up the offense the past two seasons because the Chiefs don't have many "quick win" options at WR/TE against man. Hopkins and Kelce can win against man, but they aren't quick-win types.

Brown separates really effectively on short-and-intermediate routes. He is quick and has dangerous deep speed.

Playing single high or cover 0 is dangerous if the offense has time to take deep shots and run some combo routes downfield with speed. It also is dangerous if the offense has some gamebreakers who can make one man miss and be off to the races, outrunning angles.

Brown gives you another option like that, in addition to Worthy.

Exactly. Brown is the kind of guy that you can get the ball to quickly. That slows down, and sometimes completely negates, the opposing pass rush.

It's a symbiotic relationship.

Sorry to disappoint y'all, but Jeff Chadiha has flatly declared that the return of Hollywood Brown will have "zero" impact.

Yeah it's Chadiha. Still trying to prove to everyone he's not a Chiefs shill. Put him on ignore.

Like I said yesterday, he's a KC guy. Since he went national, he's gone above and beyond to prove he's not a KC homer. He's so worried about appearing biased for the Chiefs that he's developed a firm bias against them.

I don't mind someone being more reasoned but like when he says this is the worst team of the Mahomes era, really bro?
