MUPD Website

I stand corrected. I am old school CoMo and back in the day MUPD were state police. Found the link https://mupolice.missouri.edu/mupd/units that collaborates your statement.

$19M,

The hospital bills and any other restitution the judge ordered must be paid and I am sure if he has a dime left, it will leave his possession while in jail in the form of a civil judgment. He earned over $20M in the last 2 years so I think Woods will be OK for a day or two.

Smith never will he earn a dollar that Woods doesn't attach first. My understanding is that CA law does not allow retirements to be attached so his 401K may be untouchable along with his pension, but any annuities can be attached. This means that Smith will be broke with his only cash asset being his 401K to draw from until he is close to 60. If he does draw from his 401K that $ is attachable.

I would guess in cold hard cash, not including $19M of lost earnings, he is set to lose in the area of $30M...Woods has also sued the Raiders stating that Smith was in LA for Raiders business and if he is successful...Watch out Mr Davis.

Yes cash did only net him a year in jail but Woods just became his dependent for life.

Proof source. My uncle is an officer (VP) of a state university as he told me about their university PD, I recall him saying they have always been part of the university in cooperation with the local government. In the article it said both city and county work with the MUPD and that they loan officers to major cases squads.

From your link...

On that you and I agree. I've got much further telling an officer, straight up, what they wanted to hear and have had a few breaks because of it. A couple which were significant.

You must be the luckiest ****er in MO or have a hole where hundreds of dollars or a gold coins fall out of your pant legs to have a success rate of 95%.

I'll stick with "bull shit" So far your $275 $4500 fine just reminds me of a great DA that didn't have a chance in hell to convict you, somehow hornswoggled you to plead out. It's the only way I have seen a judge smile after asking Are you were prepared to settle the matter today).

You know how hard it was to find a pic of a smiling judge, night court included? But tell me if you ever dreamed of a romp with Markie Post, after she bought boobs.

Spoiler!

I do have "so you wrote me a ticket because is diss'ed you by not braking when I saw you?" line that made a judge smile, but not till everyone else did.

1. You can call 'bullshit' all you want...but out of the 5%, one includes the felony I paid dearly for, and the other the $4500 fine, and then there was the $275 dollar one. And a couple other misdemeanors that became parking tickets.

2. If you'll call bullshit on that, I won't even bother telling you about the time I was tripping on acid at a Black Crowes concert, lost my girlfriend, she called from home to warn of a DUI roadblock, so we went the back way...right into another roadblock in East Alton. Cops shined a light on the bowl on the console...half ounce of blue dream broke into 1/8oz bags in the trunk...my buddy Doug has a CCW, so there's a weapon in the car. Dingleberry Pete is driving - cop asks for license/registration. Fumble**** Pete opens the glove box, bag of weed. Tells the cop it's his mom's car, cop asks for insurance. Dipshit Pete opens the glove box again; bag of weed is still there. I'm silently freaking the **** out. Cop pulls 40YearOldVirgin Pete out of the car. Car in front of us is getting tossed by a drug dog. (I was on probation at the time, btw) I tell Douglas I'm gonna run for it. He says 'you will not. You sit there and stay cool. We're gonna be okay.'

Yeah...right.

Cop comes back and goes "Which one of you is Jeremy?"

My heart sinks, my world turns a weird mean grey...and I go 'I am.'

They pulled me out and asked me where we had been/going, yadda yadda. Black Crowes show, headed to my girlfriends after a big crazy Friday Night in the big city. Our stories matched up. They told me TwoBeersTooMany Pete had blown a .081. Had I had anything to drink.? "Not really. A couple, few hours ago."

"Why is Buttpirate Pete driving?"

"It's his mom's car, and he didn't seem impaired. We stopped and ate at White Castle (crave case and shakes were proof), and everything was fine. At no point did I feel he was impaired or otherwise incapable of operating a motor vehicle."

'Well, we're gonna have you blow."
'But...I wasn't driving'

Stop frame :

At this point, my paranoia peaks - they're gonna hang me for EVERYTHING. Blow in a breathalyzer - I wasn't even driving - and I'm on probation in Missouri! I'm gonna get caught with drugs and guns and White Castle and Drunk driving Buttpirates named Pete, ****!!
UNSTOP FRAME :

I blew a .077.

"Jeremy, I need you to get in the front seat."

"Ummm...ok."
They put me behind the wheel of the car, and I drove to my girlfriend's.

And that's not even the craziest. It's just probably the craziest I can post here.

Lucky?

Hoss, I'm ****ING CHARMED.

blessed, even.

It's the craziest life I've ever lived. You couldn't make it up if you tried.

No one would believe it anyway.

3. Maybe your friend is an asshole?

4. Before AND after she had tits, bro - Markie Post was why I HAD to watch Night Court. Duh.

Can we get back to what the Chiefs and the NFL are going to do?

I do not know but unless the NFL makes Harris piss in a bottle, which they didn't, than the SIS is not a reason to suspend him, He has been charged but not sentenced legally.

Quote:
Suspended imposition of sentence (SIS) means that no sentence is pronounced, and the court will retain the jurisdiction to impose any sentence within the full statutory range of punishment in case of revocation. What does that mean in common language you ask? As an example, if a defendant is charged with one count of a class C felony for possession of drugs the most amount of time he can spend in prison is 7 years. So if this same defendant decides to plead guilty to the class C felony for possession of drugs and the Court places him on SIS probation what the court is doing is not imposing any sentence on the defendant but placing him on probation for a set amount of time and telling the defendant, "if you violate probation the Court can still sentence you for up to 7 years in prison."
Once the probation is successfully served there is no conviction, but unlike Bowe who in the eyes of the law never possessed THC. Harris IS on public record stating he did.

The fine he paid, instead of working a deal on the second charge, is a practice to get money. A $100 fine is suddenly $500 because the court doesn't believe in leaving money on the table. If Harris would have littered than they would have dropped the Paraphernalia charge or wrapped it up in the SIS and he would have paid say $1000 or $1500 fine.

What the Chiefs and the NFL do with that is hard to say. IMHO it could go either way. Kansas City Chiefs receiver Dwayne Bowe has been suspended one game for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy for possession of 10 grams.
TEREZ A. PAYLOR suggested that Bowe would not see NFL action but Bowe got a week and that was $800K in lost wages.

What will happen with Harris? He after all plead guilty to and paid a fine for possession of paraphernalia. That surely is hard evidence of breaking the SAP. I wonder if CHUNT is lobbying for only a week?

Again, maybe your friend is an asshole? They don't like assholes in Ashland.

2. Don't care what anyone believes...and I don't recommend that anyone do the things I've done. At all.

3. I don't give a **** about Stoned Stonehands Harris. He could get cut today and replaced with ANY TE w/blocking ability, and I'd consider it a positive move.

****, make Sausage Sherman a blocking H-back. Dude needs to be on the field more, anyway.
