The more I reflect on it, the more I actually enjoyed this show. Sure HHH winning was predictable, but we also got a lot of good content and teasers for things to come.
Zayn vs Owens - Could happen? Styles vs Owens - Yes please. "Welcome to WWE" Bray vs Brock - Likely another Wyatt loss, still a cool concept though Banks vs Flair - Hopefully Becky is still in the mix too. Ambrose still has the IC title - who's next to challenge for it? Reigns vs HHH - don't have a ton of interest here, but it'll be interesting to see how they handle the build for it. I'm looking forward to RAW tonight. |

God....enough w/ HHH.
Note to HHH: No matter how many titles you win, how many main event matches you book yourself into, how many new or up and coming stars you put yourself over...You're never gonna be a Rock Austin Hogan or 'Taker. Those guys are immortal legends. This dude is now the (de facto) head of the company and is still jealous over the immortal stardom those two (Rock/Austin) had 15 yrs ago during wrestling's best era and how he wasn't pushed over until Austin left WWE in 2002, b/c they needed to find a new rival for the Rock and HHH was just coming back from injury. Now HHH is just being a dick trying to make up for lost time redgardless of what the story line says is these days. I wonder when he'll induct himself into the WWE HOF? Not saying he doesn't deserve, just kind of surprised he hasn't done so already.

Apparently McMahon thought that AJ Styles wasn't going to get a reaction. That's the reason for not seeing the titantron while the crowd went apeshit when it was revealed. Everybody at the top of WWE seems just a bit reeruned/senile.

Great to see HHH, a heel, booked completely like a monster babyface and just destroying everyone...God cause he needs the rub.
"Biggest Wrestlemania ever"...of course HHH is main eventing it...this company. Can they stop with the Roman Reigns stuff too please...I mean enough is enough. The guy is passable in the ring, garbage on the mic, and has zero charisma...yet they keep forcing him down the throat of the fans and everyone else. Now we get "Roman was screwed so he must chase his shot at glory and his big crowning night" for the 456th time...yay. |

Look. I'm with you guys. But the reality is this. No Cena, no Rollins, no Randy Orton. They had to do this.

It's easy to gang up on HHH, but he isn't the one making the decisions for WWE. He's making the decisions for NXT and I don't hear anyone complaining about that. He's a name in a company that is hurting for names right now (through their own fault, sure).

Well yes and no. It's not their fault four of the biggest names including Daniel Bryan are hurt. They are gonna have Brock and Bray fight. Sting was supposed to fight taker and Rollins Reigns and Brock were originally going to fight at WM. There just isn't enough top tier talent. Gonna have stroman big show and Owens Aj Styles. Gonna be interesting. Just the Main event is gonna suffer.

Daniel Bryan has been cleared by every doctor on the planet but the WWE's doctor...maybe they just frankly don't want him back.
Like it or not they decided Roman Reigns is the future of their company same as way back when they decided that on Cena. So much so that Triple H is gonna do the job at Mania to try to get him over to stay. Get use to Reigns just like Cena. |
