My favorite thing Gordon Ramsay used to do on Hell's Kitchen was when he'd take a frozen dinner or something like that and present it as his own and make the contestants eat it and listen to their comments. Hilarious.

I'm not a big fan of cream sauces, especially Alfredo, but I think you nailed it perfectly. You coated the pasta in the sauce, not had the pasta swimming in a gallon of sauce like soup.

Made rosemary lamb chops Saturday. Did the sauce as a marinade instead and used a cast iron.

Made a kick-ass steak hibachi on the Blackstone tonight. KC strip, stir fry noodles, carrot sticks, sugar snap peas, onion, garlic ginger, soy, rice vinegar, sesame oil. Maybe my best yet.
